Muttscomics Ordering & Shipping Policy
We do our best to get all the orders out within three to five days. Although we usually do better than that, heavy volume during holidays and promotions, staffing limitations, and the inevitable back orders extend the shipping times. When we do need more time, we generally communicate that to you. We strive to get all orders out expeditiously, accurately, and neatly. We make mishtakes sometimes, but we do our utmost to correct them quickly and happily. Important Note: We really can't make any guarantees on delivery dates at this time. All US continental orders with street addresses ship through UPS. All international orders and domestic PO boxes ship through the US postal service. Orders on the east coast usually arrive in 1 to 3 days. On the west coast, 3 to 5 days. Internationally, 7 to 10 days. We hope to offer more shipping options in time for the holiday season of 2004.
