How the store is organized
There are several categories of merchandise; they’re listed here on this page below, and also in the menu. You can jump around to all the different categories before checking out. You may purchase more than one of any item once you go to check out. There you can remove items and change the quantity. You can check your cart at any time and then continue to shop. Upon checkout, you will be lead through several pages while ordering your Mutts Shtuff. Any coupons or gift certificates will be asked for towards the end of your purchase so keep plugging along until you get to that section. Return Policy
We want you to be 100% satisfied, so, if for any reason you're not 100% satisfied we’ll most certainly take a return for exchange or for refund (less S&H) if you can get it back to us within thirty (30) days from the date of shipment. The same goes for gifts, though you may not know when it was purchased, so just get it back to us as soon as you can!

To return your Shtuff, please send it in the same packaging it was shipped in to the address below. Be sure to include a copy of your invoice (packing slip) with your return along with an explanation of why you don’t like our Shtuff and whether you want to exchange it (include what you want instead!) or get a refund. If you don’t have your invoice, please include your full name, address, and order number, if possible—just do the best you can. If the new item costs more than the one you’re returning, we’ll charge your original credit card account, if it’s less, we’ll send you a refund.

Back Orders
Occasionally, we will run out of Shtuff. When that happens, we generally hold your order until all the items are in. You may find out if any items are on back order by visiting the main store home page, and checking the Product Notes.
