World Wildlife Fund

Sanctuary Asia
Sanctuary Asia is India's leading wildlife, conservation and environment magazine. Begun to raise awareness among Indians of their disappearing natural heritage, Sanctuary is now a pivotal force for several wildlife conservation campaigns, serving as a network between wildlife groups, concerned individuals, and non-profit organizations.

The best tiger site for kids we have found. An environmental education program started in India that aims to teach children about the vital connection between the survival of the tiger and our ecological welfare. It offers tiger themed crafts, tiger quizzes, even tiger jokes!

Project Tiger
One of the most comprehensive tiger sites out there. Project Tiger launched in India in 1973 with nine tiger reserves and now protects 37,761 sq.km. in 27 Tiger Reserves.

Wildlife Protection Society of India
With a team of committed environmentalists, WPSI is one of the most respected and effective wildlife conservation organizations in India. From its inception, their main aim has been to bring a new focus to the daunting task of tackling India's growing wildlife crisis.

The Paw Project
California-based group that advocates animal welfare, promotes public awareness about the painful and crippling effects of feline declawing, rehabilitates declawed cats through paw repair surgery, and supports measures to end the unnecessary practice of onychectomy (declaw surgery).

American Forests
helps people improve the environment with trees and forests. It is a world leader in tree planting for environmental restoration, a pioneer in advancing the science and practice of urban forestry and a primary communicator of the benefits of trees and forests. Muttscomics.com is joining American Forests in their mission to make the world a little more green for the Siberian tiger. Every time you purchase a print, Muttscomics will donate $1 to plant a tree through American Forests' "Trees for Tigers" program.

Trees For Tigers
A historic partnership with Russian scientists to bring the Siberian tiger back from the brink of extinction. You can help them reach their goal: to plant 200,000 trees in the Russian far east to expand tiger habitat this year -- and millions more in the years to come.

Wildlife Conservation Society
Through international conservation efforts, education, and management of the world's largest system of urban wildlife parks, the WCS works to save wildlife and wild lands. Visit their site, and adopt a tiger!
